-    Parties can be changed to a different date/time, if available, with 14 days notice.  If a party is cancelled with 14 days notice, $250 will be refunded.  If a party is cancelled with less than a 14 day notice, there will be no refund.

-       Access to the AKP center is available 15 min prior to start of party for decorating and parents must exit the building within 10 minutes after the party end time.

-       Outside food and beverage can be brought into the center but we cannot provide refrigeration or freezer space. 

-       Food and Beverage must be consumed in the kitchen area only.

-       No alcohol is permitted at the party.  No smoking or vaping is allowed in the center.   

-       Use of AKP space is for the main play area only; due to normal business functions, the toddler and infant rooms are unavailable.  **We do not have diaper changing facilities available for parties. 

-       Outside vendors must be approved.

-       I understand that I am responsible for the supervision and conduct of the children at my party and monetary damages to the center, property and equipment at Adventure Kids.
